EDUCATIONAL FARM TOURS
April - October
Suggested tour times are 9am and 10:15am (CST).
Minimum number of people: 10
Call ahead for an appointment. Our tours provide support to the schools for KERA expectations.
Tours include:
Wagon ride to the barn
Live Milking demonstration
Visit with Jersey calf
Information about cows, milk and farm life
Interactive Agriculture Learning Kiosk
Barnyard Playground
Scoop of Chaney's homemade ice cream in a cup or plain cone
Goody bags for the kids that include a free ice cream coupon
$6 per person. 1 free adult per 20 children/students.
There is an optional $2.50 charge per person/child for a sack lunch
if you would like to eat lunch with us.
*Severe weather and rain will prohibit wagon rides. Groups will need to drive directly to farm.
School, daycare, home school, civic, or church group reservations must be made by teachers, administrators, or group leaders only. Call ahead for an appointment - (270) 843-5567 and ask for Wendy or Debra.
