$25 deposit required.
All room rentals are based on a 2 hour period (with 30 min allowance to set up and clean).

Fees must be paid in addition to any food purchases. Exceptions may be made for educational, ministerial, or extension purposes.

If your group needs to reserve space beyond 4 hours, please call Debra at 270-843-5567 for special rates.
NO outside food allowed (with the exception of birthday cake). 

For groups of 20 or larger, a buffet option is available. The buffet price of $8.50/person (tax not included) includes:

  • Assortment of sandwiches on homemade white or wheat bread:
    (chicken salad, tuna, pimento cheese, smoked turkey, brown sugar ham, egg salad)

  • Homemade soup

  • Side Item (choices: cole slaw, pasta salad, potato salad)

  • Variety of chips

  • Drinks (free refills)

The buffet price of $10.75/person (tax not included) includes the above menu along with (1) scoop of ice cream in a cup or plain cone.
